In the center is a HUGE rich and heavy-weight Western-style 1 1/2" quality silver/gold-plate screw-on concho with rope and barbwire trim. Engraved heavy-weight 3D silver/gold-plate screw-on diamond conchos are on either side. I will custom make to fit your wrist... just give me measurement around your wrist where you want it to fit.
