RETURNS:
If you aren’t happy with your product, please contact us to return it. All returns must be completed within 10 business days of the date it was delivered to you. You will receive a replacement or a refund, at your request. Please understand that shipping charges are not refundable.
COMBINED SHIPPING:
To receive the special rates below, all items must be won within 3 days of winning your first auction AND must be paid for in one single payment to prevent us from being charged additional fees, and ship to the same address. SHIPPING & HANDLING (applies to jewelry and jewelry accessories only):
· United States customers will be charged $2.99 and $0.50 for each item won within 3 days of winning your first auction, which must be paid in ONE single payment to avoid extra fees
· Canadian customers will be charged $6.99 for the first item and $0.75 for each item won within 3 days of winning your first auction, which must be paid in ONE single payment to avoid extra fees
· All other countries should email us about the shipping rate charged. It will be based upon the weight of the shipment.
We do encourage the purchase of insurance for your order to cover damages and/or lost items. We take great care in packaging all products to ensure their safe arrival. In most instances, items arrive and are in great condition. If insurance is not purchased, unfortunately, we can not replace your order.
