- All items are brand new with corresponding manufacturer warranty unless specified in the above item description.
- Due to violate market, we reserve the right to cancel the orders if we don't receive the payment within 24 hours, if you need more time to make payment please contact us before make the purchase.
- Please contact us to get RA (return authorization) by email / phone before return any item to us otherwise the return may be rejected.
- All items can be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days unless specified in the above item description, shipping charge is non-refundable, all returns must be unopened and in its orginal condition.
- Due to violate market, all returns are subjected to 25% restocking fee unless agreed upon return the item.
- Order discrepency or damage shipment must be reported to us within 24 hours from the day receive the order.
- We only cover return shipping cost (no more than the original paid shipping amount) for returns due to incorrect shipment or listing errors. Defective must be shipped back to us or manufacturer on buyer's cost.
- Returns from U.S.A. must indicate the returned product as a defective return and declare product value on the customs form ($5 value) otherwise we may refuse the return due to customs and brokerage fees.
- The above return & warranty policy is only for US & Canadian buyers. International buyers other then US & Canada must get warranty from corresponding manufacturer. We do not offer warranty replacement or return for international buyer due to high shipping cost.

Shipping & Pickup Polciy:
- Available for Shipping or Pickup at our Markham (L3R 2Z8) location. Local pickup by appointment only.
- Due to paypal policy, we can not take paypal for local pickup orders. Local pickup is by cash or debit card only.
- We will charge 1% of the item value as handling fee, it will be no less than $3 but no more than $10.
- We offer combine shipping for most of our products so you can save on shipping.. However buyer must request combine shipping before make the purchase or make the payment otherwise the combine shipping may not be offered.
- All shipments will be processed in the payment receiving sequence. Normally handling time is 1~3 business days depending on workload..
- 99% No Duty & Brokage Charges for Shipment to US & Canadian Loaction (May have exceptions, please confirm with us if you want to make sure)
- Shipment carrier will be Canada Post, Purolator, USPS, FedEX or UPS whichever is applicable.
