Instrument : Trumpet/Bugle/HornBrand: WFL DRUM CO.
LISTED IS A VINTAGE LUDWIG/WFL DRUM CO.SINGLE VALVE CORNET/TRUMPET/BUGLE. NOT SURE WHICH,I'M NOT A MUSICIAN SO I'M NOT QUITE SURE, THIS ISTRUMENT HAS LITTLE DENTS HERE AND THERE AS SHOWN ON PICTURES.

On Apr-20-08 at 08:50:19 PDT, seller added the following information:

THE FRENCH HORN BUGLE IN G
 

This instrument has a much smaller (trombone size) bell than the concert french horn and more cylindrical tubing. This gave it a powerful, tight, penetrating sound. The partials (open notes) on the "Frenchie", as it was affectionately known, were much closer together. This allowed melodies spanning the register from G to G to be easily performed.
