this is a white service bulletins book. it cotains info about problems and corrections on many different model construction and agricultural equipment, such as 1678 loader, backhoes,  2-44  2-62  1650 1950 tractors and many models i am not familiar with.

released in 1970 and covers all problems at the time with hydraulics, electrical, fuel, mechanical, transmissions, engines, cab diagrams, has replacement part numbers, diagrams. pictures,etc.
