Hey kids from McDonald's/DreamWorks  2007 "FLUSHED AWAY" promotion. It's Happy Meal toy #6 - "WHITEY".  It is in MINT CONDITION and still sealed in it's original unopened sealed plastic bag. It is is just 1 of 6 toys in the set.
