Payment Information

We accept online payments (credit cards) and eChecks through PayPal. Payment must be received within 3 days of the end of the auction.

Winning bidders will receive a "Winning Bidder Notice" email within minutes of the auction close that will provide all the necessary information for the high bidder to complete the transaction.

We leave positive feedback for all of our customers who pay on time and leave us positive feedback. As soon as we receive your feedback, our system will automatically leave feedback for you. To avoid negative feedback, please do not bid on an item if you are not willing to pay for it.

Shipping

We ship the next business day after payment is received. Delivery time is 2-3 business days for most locations in US. Buyer will pay a fixed shipping amount which includes shipping, handling, and delivery confirmation.

Items shipped outside the USA usually incur duties and taxes. See your local post office or customs office for details. Declared value of merchandise is based on the final bid price amount.

We recommend you to add insurance to the package as it gives you peace of mind. We will not be responsible for lost packages if insurance not added to the shipment.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, just return it within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in new unused condition in the original box and with all the paperwork to insure full credit. “New and unused” means that there are no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item; no signs of wear on the product. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for full refund less shipping. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Care & Cleaning Tips

To prevent Jewelry from damage, do not rub jewelry with coarse fabric, it may scratch the jewelry surface. Do not expose jewelry to direct sunlight for long period of time, it may fade the color of the stone. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotion, and spray, it may leave residue to the jewelry.

To clean the jewelry, wipe your jewelry with damped cloth of warm water-detergent solution. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and air dry after rinse. At last, polish your jewelry with lint-free soft cloth.
