We ship using standard ground services and we do not have the ability to ship by any other method. We are constantly growing and developing new systems and have a few restrictions. We apologize for any inconvenience these restrictions may cause. We only ship ground service. Shipping our items to our customers takes 4-7 business days upon receiving payment. Once shipped, items take 2-7 business days to arrive at the destination point.

Shipping Costs are fixed and clearly stated on each listing, we do not combine shipping under any circumstances. We have multiple facilities, and cannot guarantee that everything ships from the same location.

We cannot ship outside of the contiguous 48 states. No Alaska or Hawaii sorry folks.

We can only ship to confirmed paypal address per paypal instruction. If you have an issue with this you are going to need to contact us and make further arrangements.

We cannot ship with third party tags. ie: your fedex/ups account We cannot ship to apo/fpo address at this time. If an item is damaged in transit leave everything the exact way that it was when you received it from the ground service and contact us immediately for further instructions.

We must charge 8.75 percent sales tax to New York State customers.

Once we ship your order you receive an e-mail confirmation of your shipment. This includes a tracking number and a link to our carrier's web site where you can track the progress of your shipment. Please note, we assign tracking numbers before our carrier actually picks up your item'(s) tracking links may take up to 24 hours to be activated within the carrier's system.

We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time.

We sometimes find it necessary to ship items LTL (Less Than Truckload, or pallet size). When the listing states that this is the case we can arrange for you or you can arrange shipping for yourself. We use a variety of carriers and our zip code is 14203. Most pallets weight 350 and are class 100. Please include your phone number with any payment that is going LTL.

Our testing department is staffed with a very hard working group of individuals that are dedicated to making sure that the inspection evaluation is done right, however the items that are tested are tested for basic functionality only. We cannot test for every feature that some of the electronic items come with and state, in the listing, what was done and what we know. Our value analysts are some of the best and we value their opinions and you will see that you can as well. Often it becomes necessary to list things as untested because we do not have the proper electrical/water ect hookup. Unfortunately we call these items "untested" and make no guarantees about their functionality.

Again all sales are final so please take that into account when bidding we cannot accept any returns on items that we do not guarantee. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns: Because of the special price or discount you receive, we only sell an item once. Like all returns facilities, all sales are final. We only accept returns if we shipped you the wrong item. In this case, please contact us by phone within 48 hours and we will try and resolve as best as possible. Empire is not responsible for the return shipping on any item.

Empire Liquidators reserves the right to replace before refund.

If it is determined that we have made a mistake then we will issue the RMA (return merchandise authorization) by phone and the listing will be replaced/refunded in it's entirety when the item arrives back here for inspection. All returns must have an rma number on the outside of the box, items received without an rma number will be ignored. Empire Liquidators offers no warranties beyond what the manufacturers offer.

Local walk-in hours are M-F 7:00 to 3:30 EST(hours have been temporarily expanded during the summer). We are not open weekends or after the stated hours. We accept PayPal, cash, or Credit Card for pickups. If paying with cash, please have exact change. For all single listing items $5.00 per item fee is attached and for all pallet listings a $15.00 per item fee is attached.

Local sales tax is 8.75% on all purchases/fees made in the state of New York.

A valid tax id is needed in order to avoid local sales tax 8.75%.

After 8 days we are forced to issue a non-paying bidder alert and let ebay know that the item was never paid for. This is done only in the effort to reclaim the fee that was taken. We have no intention of leaving a negative feedback for anyone but our system absolutely will follow all the way through and leave a non-paying-bidder mark on whatever account is in question.
