Refunds & Returns

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we will refund the cost of the item if shipped back to us within 7 days of your receiving the item. Only the cost of the item is refunded; we do not refund associated shipping charges originally paid. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. You must receive a Return Authorization Number by email prior to returning an item. All items will be inspected by a product specialist prior to issuing a refund and must be in their original condition. There will be a 15% restocking fee for returned items to cover our fees for the original listing of the item.

Should an item arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise and we will gladly issue you a pre-paid label & Return Authorization Number to return the original merchandise to us. Upon receipt of the damaged goods, a product specialist will inspect the merchandise and promptly ship a replacement. Should an item be returned as damaged and a product specialist determines otherwise, you will be notified of the conclusion and the original merchandise will be returned to you.
