1 dozen Mad Bomber hats for children, size large. The unique black & white design of this hat is after the dairy cow. Hence the name "Lil Cow". Any child would be proud to wear this while staying warm throughout the cold winter months. Flaps can be fastened up over the head for 'warm' cold days, hang down for 'cool' cold days or fastened beneath the chin for 'cold' cold days (Minnesotan talk for temperature). Ear flaps can also be fastened in the upright position or down position. Visor has snaps, but is not rigid.
