It has a band at the waist that could be worn on the hips ,or up on the waist as in pic.The band measures flat across the front unstretched.15 1/2"31 ".The bust measures 16 1/2" = 33"
#2 Next is a red "Zoey Beth".sketi strap tank.This would be cute worn alone or as an under shell.It measures flat across the bust.15 1/4"= 30 1/2" Length is 22"from top of strap.It is 100 % poly.
