-Shoe should fit "loosely"

-Sides of foot should not 'touch' sides of shoe

-Toes should 'never' make contact w/front of shoe

-Center your foot on the foot bed..you should have 1/4 to 1/2 inch of space in the front of toes.

-Behind heel...lift the strap.. you should be able to comfortably get your finger between strap and heel
