THIS MAG TURNS OVER FINE BUT THE PULSE IS NOT WORKING. AND THE TOP CAP IS MISSING. THERE IS HOWEVER GOOD SPARK AT THE COIL. 

IT LOOKS  COMPLETE EXCEPT FOR THE TOP CAP .

FIX AND USE OR PART IT OUT.
