SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY!  All payments are due within 7 days of the end of the auction.  If payment has not been received or other payment arrangements have not been made a Non-Paying Bidder Alert will be filed and the item will be relisted.

Payment Options - PayPal, Money Orders, Certified Bank Checks, Personal or Business Checks are accepted.  ALL checks will be held until the funds have cleared our bank and only then will your item be shipped.  If you want to receive the item quickly, complete your payment as soon as possible.  If you are planning to pay by check or money order, please email us to let us know so we know when to expect it.  All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.



Domestic shipping (U.S. and Puerto Rico only):
Winning bidder agrees to pay $6.95 for shipping and handling for the first item and $2.95 for each additional item in a multiple purchase order.  Items must be paid for together in a single payment to qualify for the combined shipping discount.  Shipping cost includes all packaging and handling fees, including delivery confirmation.  Insurance is optional but recommended.

Please allow 4-10 days for delivery of your item.  Deliveries are normally made on business days.  A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and packaging.



No International Shipping:
Disclaimer:  Due to postal laws and regulations we cannot ship outside of the United States at this time - PLEASE DO NOT ASK.  FAA regulations have made it illegal to ship any liquids containing alcohol.  Perfume is considered a hazardous flammable material and is prohibited.  We apologize for any inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding.



Return Policy & Feedback:

We provide a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee!  All items are carefully inspected before they are shipped and when returned.  If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt.  You must email us first for a return authorization number and return address. 

All returned items must be in original condition and packaging.  If not, we will deduct from your refund accordingly.  Once the item is returned we will issue a refund for the item less shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable for obvious reasons, and the cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless an error was made by us in shipping an incorrect or broken item. 

In addition, a 20% restocking fee is charged on all returned merchandise unless a mistake was made by us in delivery of the purchased item.  If the return is from eBay we also require a mutual agreement not to complete the transaction due to the item being returned before a refund can be given.

All items are in stock as of the date of the auction.  Occasionally, items may become out of stock or discontinued due to inventory changes or circumstances beyond our control.  If this should happen you will be notified immediately and a refund issued.

Please do not communicate through feedbacks.  We will not leave feedback until it is first left for us.  Unfortunately, there are dishonest people who ruin it for everyone.  Once you let us know your order arrived safely by posting positive feedback, our advanced feedback system will leave you positive feedback immediately.  If there is a problem with your order let us know by email so we can correct it.
