PUBLISHED BY CONTEMPORARY BOOKS, CHICAGO.  I DO NOT FIND A DATE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL COPYRIGHT OF 1941 BUT WOULD GUESS THIS IS FROM THE 1970'S-80'S.  PURCHASED BY ME YEARS AGO FROM THE INVENTORY OF A DEFUNCT BILLIARDS SHOP.
