A 25 Unit of two and three bedroom condominiums all with interior entrances just
one block off of the main street of Winter Park. 1 block from free shuttle pick
up. In the center of the complex is an outdoor heated pool. Inside is two hot
tubs, saunas in the locker rooms, coin-op laundry and a large game room with
pool table, table tennis, foosball, air hockey and video games. Each end of the
complex features a large open lounge area. The 1st level of the condominiums is
a large open kitchen, dining and living room area with a gas fireplace. All the
bedrooms are on the 2nd level. Lion's Gate is 2 miles from the Winter Park Ski
area.

Closing on a timeshare is a real estate transaction and can take 60+ days. Seller will be available throughout closing to update buyer on the status of his/her timeshare closing.
