If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item (the item must be in its original condition and packing) and all your money less $5 restocking fee will be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. The item must be received before any refund can be made. We will replace any faulty unit within 3 months of your purchase. All you need to do is send the faulty unit back to us (buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance) and we will send you a replacement unit.
