which remained on the hard drive at buyer's sole choice. At buyers request
only, after auction ends the seller can format the hard drive to have it
ready for the buyer to install his/her own operating system.
- We only accept returns for fix or
replace only in the rare event the unit arrives DOA (dead on arrival). You
must contact within 5 days after delivery date with DOA issue. If you need
more than 5 days DOA guarantee then you will need to get an extended

service.
- If you opt not to get an extended
warranty then you agree not to hold us liable for any issues whatsoever
after the 5 day DOA guarantee. Buyer must pay to ship the item back in DOA
