AUCTION TERMS
- Buyer has the option of leaving the Laptop as configured or configuring the Laptop to meet their own specific requirements. Any required licensing transfer or registration is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The seller is responsible only for the physical object sold in this auction against DOA only, not for preinstalled software which remained on the hard drive at buyer's sole choice. At buyers request only, after auction ends the seller can format the hard drive to have it ready for the buyer to install his/her own operating system.
- We only accept returns for fix or replace only in the rare event the unit arrives DOA (dead on arrival). You must contact within 7 days after delivery date with DOA issue. If you need more than 7 days DOA guarantee then you will need to get an extended warranty. Right below "terms" is a link to Square Trade extended warranty service.
- If you opt not to get an extended warranty then you agree not to hold us liable for any issues whatsoever after the 7 day DOA guarantee. Buyer must pay to ship the item back in DOA circumstance, and we will pay to send it back to them.
- Units serviced by a third party or tampered with will void all warranty.
- All units are off-lease/preowned and there may or may not be some cosmetic issues such as but not limited to scratches, scuffs, sticker residue, marker, stains and minor display imperfections not mentioned or visible in pictures that do not affect performance. There will be no returns for cosmetic reasons.
