Shipping Terms:

• All orders are shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment.
• USA Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. All International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.
• All Domestic shipments come with a delivery confirmation and/or a tracking number. We will send you this number automatically via e-mail once your package ships. Please not delivery confirmation numbers are not updated on USPS’ site until the item has been delivered to your door.
• We ship via U.S. Postal Service to PO Boxes, APOs/FPOs
• International Customers are responsible for customs taxes and duties where applicable.

Shoemerica gladly accepts returns/exchanges on merchandise that is sent back in brand new condition in original retail box. All exchanges will require a shipping fee to ship out the replacement pair. Returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
