 YOUR LOOKING AT A WOMENS PETITE MEDIUM SKORT THAT IS NEW YORK LAUNDRY.  IT IS WHITE WITH A WIDE ELASTIC BAND FOR THE WAIST COVERED IN A THICK 100% COTTON AS IS ALL OF THE SHELL AND THEN THE   LINING WHICH IS 98% COTTON AND 2 % SPANDEX. THERE IS A GREY HORIZONTAL STRIPE GOING THROUGH THE ENTIRE WAIST BAND WHICH ALSO HAS GREY PULL TIES FOR THE WAIST.  THE SKORT IS SERGED BOTH SIDES IN GREY THREAD.  THE SECOND PICTURE SHOWN IS OF THE SHORTS UNDER THE SKIRT.   IF YOU HAVE ANY FURTHER QUESTIONS PLEASE ASK BEFORE BIDDING.
