RETURNS OR EXCHANGES We stand behind all products we sell as New and free of defects. Please contact us with any questions you might have about an item you want to return or exchange. All defective or exchanged items must obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the item. The package must have the RA# written on the outside of the package prior to returning.
