SHIPPING INFORMATION: Every reasonable effort is made to ship merchandise to our customers on the most timely basis after payment is received. Please allow ten working days before contacting us if you fail to receive your item, although this rarely happens as we ship very promptly.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES We stand behind all products we sell as New and free of defects. Please contact us with any questions you might have about an item you want to return or exchange. Please keep all original packing, product packaging material, manuals, warranty cards, etc. All returns Must be made within 10 days of receipt of the item. All defective or exchanged items must obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the item. The package must have the RA# written on the outside of the package prior to returning. No returns will be accepted without this RA#. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Returns/Exchanges are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Shipping/handling is non-refundable. It is our policy not to accept any merchandise back for credit OR exchange unless it is in unused, in resalable condition AND in the original packaging with tag attached to assure that the item was not used.
