THERE IS A LATCH HOOK INCLUDED EVEN THOUGH THE BOX SAYS OTHERWISE-IT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE WAS GOING TO ATTEMPT THIS PROJECT AND THEN BACKED OUT- THEY DID DO A LITTLE AREA OF THE BORDER THOUGH.  THE BOX HAS SOME SHELF WEAR WITH TAPE.  ONE PKG OF YARN WAS OPENED AND COLORS SEPARATED AND PUT IN SEPARATE BAGGIES. THERE IS MASKING TAPE AROUND THE EDGE OF THE CANVAS
