Here is a wonderful item for the art of upholstry. This is a nice small piece of new upholstry fabric. It measures 3.5 feet across x (almost) 5 feet long, 4.75' to be safe. The pattern is a weave look. There are rows of different weave patterns all the way down on the fabric. The colors are creams and very light tans. This is a new piece of fabric. I bought it at the fabriic store with a group of remnants. It has never been used.
