This charming shawl or scarf pin wiill hold your grament snug without slipping, and is great on a hat.  It is handcrafted by White Wings Design. The pin measures 3 1/4 inches long. The Eiffel Tower is vintage brought back from France, and measures 1 3/4 inch tall. At the end of the pin is a smoke gray Swarovski crystal with a jet black crystal headpin.
