If you require expedited service you must use Express Mail at $22.00. Each additional item combined is $2.00. Express mail usually takes 5 to 7 days. We do not use Fed Ex in this case as it is cost prohibitive because of the size of the package. Please do not ask for this service for figurines.
If a figurine, gemstone or piece of jewelry is damaged in transit you must notify us within 3 days of receipt to make a claim. Failure to do so will nullify any claim.A photo of the damaged piece must be submitted to us to assist in processing the claim otherwise we cannot process the claim with the carrier.
Claims take 30 to 45 days from date of the filing. Photos of the damaged piece may be sent via internet or mail. If by mail it may take longer to process the claim. You must keep the original shipping container should the carrier require it. Once the claim is approved you will have the choice of a monetary settlement (or replacement) figurine if is available. In the case of gems or jewelry most items cannot be replaced with an exact item.
Auction Policy
We do not accept VERBAL appraisal or assessment from a Jeweler. It must be a written appraisal by a Certified Gemologist (graduate from the GIA, FGA, or similar gemological institute) We do not deal in synthetics. Keep in mind that a Jeweler considers us serious competition. There have been instances of erroneous claims by Jewelers. However a gemologist must sign a document attesting authenticity of an item which we are happy to accept. There are NO exceptions to this rule. Do not only rely on the Photos of a gem in your bidding decision. Please read the description as well as Quick Facts . We believe in full disclosure and are a member of Square Trade.
If an appraisal and/or certification is offered with an item it is a 3rd party appraisal, independent of us. It has been issued by a Certified Graduate Gemologist. An in-house appraisal offered by a Jeweler and or gem trader may be bias. That is one reason we do not offer our own certificates. If you require one on a certain item we will obtain one for you from an independent grading service at your expense. Grading is a subjective science. The grading of gem must be off by one full grade in order to be considered for a refund. For example if a Gemological Report states a Diamond is Vs-1 the grade must be off by one full grade, Si-1, to be considered off grading.
Any dispute with regard to any of the above will be mediated through Square Trade otherwise you will loose the right of return privilages. By placing your bid you agree to these terms and conditions.If you require items to be shipped to a P.O Box we will do so but are not responsible if it is lost or stolen. Shipping to a P.O. Box is the sole responsibility the buyer.

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt by notifying us buy email .We will issue proper return instructions with a Return Authorization Number This RA number must be clearly marked on the front of the return envelope or your item will not be accepted and you will forfeit your return privilege. Return Policy
We do not accept bids from members who have a Minus – Rating Members from Indonesia, Russia or China. We reserve the right to verify any bid placed with us. Any bid not deemed verifiable by us will be cancelled and reported to Ebay. Payment is due within 7 days after close of auction. Remember a bid is a binding agreement to all terms and conditions. If you are not sure then do not bid on an item. Read our return policy and please ask any questions you may have before you bid. We will be happy to reply. We are not a Retailer we are a wholesale manufacturer. Please keep this in mind. We do not offer services like a Retailer does.
The result is being able to hold $1.00 NO RESERVE AUCTIONS regardless of what the final bid price is. We honor all final bids at the end of a No Reserve Auction.
