This BRAND NEW, GREATER ROADUNNER  is carved out of camphor wood and painted with a non-toxic paint.

A little bit about the Roadrunner. The poor flight of the roadrunner gives this bird its name since it is most often seen running accross open land. A relative of the cuckoo, it is a swift-running crested bird found in Southwestern North America and feeds on lizards, snakes and inscets. It has streaked, brownish plumage and a long tail.

 

Each wood stand has its own unique shape & color and might be slightly different than the auction picture, as each log is hand cut and therefore cannot be exactly the same.

     

The artist, with skill and time, hand carved this realistic looking GREATER ROADRUNNER. It shows full details in his artwork as well as the hand carved accents. This is a true "Must Have" for all collectors of birds.
