This is a "Wood's Lamp" that belongs to my daughter.  She is a PA and at one time worked for a plastic surgeon.  On the cord it has "Tonguan 105 degree c and also E 156136".  The lamp at the top has a color chart for Normal and Healthy Skin, Pigmentation and Dark Spots, Only areas of the face and comedones, Dehydrated skin, Horney Layers of the skin and Deak Cells and Acne Skin. This has (4) florescent bulbs.  The box part of the lamp is approx. 6" tall by 7 1/8" wide.  The glass part with the lights is approx. 1 3/4" x 3 3/4" in size.  My daughter said she never used the lamp but she does not still have the box for it.  As you can see from my pictures, this is in good working condition.  Shipping & handling $9.00 US ($20.00 Canada).  I do recommend shipping insurance $1.75 extra for your own protection.  I will not be responsible for items once they leave my control.  Please ask any questions before bidding and I will contact my daughter to see if she can answer them.  Thank you for visiting my ebay site.
