This auction is for a Woody the Woodpecker hand blown glass ornament as pictured below. These are brand new and hand crafted in house.
This is a gorgeous 3½" hand blown glass globe ornament. This is 10 inches in circumference! Each of these are hand crafted in house. Some variation from the pictures may be present due to the fact that they are all hand made.
These are wonderful one of a kind beautiful items. We will only be doing a limited number of these so be sure to get them while you can. You may never see them again, so act quickly!

We are accepting Pay Pal payments both USA and International with the following conditions;

We reserve the right to refund a Pay Pal payment for any reason at any time. In the event we choose to refund a Pay Pal
payment we will notify the payee whose payment is being refunded and request they pay with a different form of payment. If
the payee does not wish to pay with any other form of payment we will immediately cancel the sale making it null and void.
Payments for all auctions are required in TEN DAYS!
All auctions are required to be paid in full within ten calendar days of the close of the auction. There are no exceptions.
If payment is not made within ten days of the close of the auction we reserve the right to cancel the sale and resell the
item.
In the event that a partial or incorrect payment is made we will notify you of the correct balance. The balance will be
required in 7 calendar days. If the balance remains unpaid after 30 calendar days then all payments as well as the item will
be considered abandoned. Abandoned items will be resold at auction. Abandoned payments and sales from abandoned items will
be considered payment to cover our fees, costs and associated collection of the correct payment and will become the property
of Onlycom, Inc.
Shipping information terms section;
Tracking or Delivery Confirmation is standard unless otherwise stated.
All items will be shipped with tracking or delivery confirmation information unless otherwise noted in the auction terms.
Items will be shipped either UPS, FED EX, or USPS Mail. We use all available USPS Mail services including First Class Mail,
Priority Mail, Parcel Post, and Media Mail. Some items depending on size and weight will also be shipped via Common Carrier
truck freight. All shipping decisions will be made at our shipping department s discretion and those decisions will be
final.
This does not apply to international shipments. International shipments will only be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail as these services offer delivery confirmation. We will also retain any and all receipts of shipment, and proof of shipment, and will provide the same to any customer who requests it.
Shipping charges are all fully listed in the auction.
All auctions have the shipping and handling charges prominently listed in the auction terms. Listing the charges in every
listing allows all of our customers to know the exact charge of shipping and handling before they bid. This eliminates any
end of auction surprises.
Some listings have flat rate shipping charges. Flat Rates apply only to the contiguous USA (lower 48, not including AK and
HI). Shipping prices will vary drastically for other destinations. Do not assume the flat rate shipping charge applies to
you unless you are located in the lower 48 states. If you need a shipping quote anywhere else in the world please use the
shipping calculator or contact us prior to bidding.
Some listings have shipping calculators listed in the auction terms. Auctions with shipping calculators will quote an exact
charge to any entered destination.
Some listings have free shipping if the buy it now is used. The free shipping applies only to Buy It Now auction listings,
where listed. Free shipping is not valid on any Second Chance Offers, ever.
Discounted shipping is available for winners of multiple auctions.
Shipping discounts are available to customers who purchase more than one item. If you are the successful bidder on more than
one item you just follow the checkout link, and combine all the purchased items.
In order to qualify for the discount the purchases must be within ten days of each other. You must make one payment for all
items. You must also fill out the winning bidder notification and combine the items. This is a very easy process and only
requires you to follow the link we send in the winning bidder notification and click on "combine" and "checkout".
Please also note that some auctions have even further discounted shipping for additional items in the same set. You will see
those discounts directly in the auction and the checkout will also reflect that discount.
INSURANCE, DISCREPANCIES, CLAIMS
Insurance availability and charges for insurance.
Domestic (USA);
All items will be shipped with no insurance unless the customer requests insurance. We recommend that all customers take insurance on their products. Items that are shipped with no insurance are done so at the buyers sole risk. We will have no liability for lost or damaged packages that are sent with no insurance by the buyer.
Please note that there will be times when auctions have "required insurance". If the item is listed with required insurance
that insurance charge will supersede any of the normal insurance terms.
International (Outside the USA);
All international shipments have required insurance. International Insurance is charged at $2.50 for the first $50 and
$1.00 for each additional $50. These are required rates and will be charged on every item shipped internationally.
What to do in the event of a claim, discrepancy, or problem;
All shipping discrepancies, or claims must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. No claims will be honored beyond 72 hours
of receipt. Time of receipt will be determined by the carrier delivery information.
Sales Tax information and policies;
Sales tax is not charged to any out of state customers. There is no sales tax on any purchases that are shipped outside of
PA. Pennsylvania state residents are required to add 6% sales tax to any purchase.
Descriptions, advertisements, research, what is included;
It is always our goal to describe the item in our advertisements to the best of our ability. We use all the qualified
sources that are available to us in order to give you the most thorough description. However, we are not infallible and so
we recommend that all customers do their own research prior to bidding on any item. We do not guarantee compatibility
regardless of what is stated in the auction.
What we ll do in the event of a problem, discrepancy, or problem;
In the event of any discrepancies in the auction description, we will upon being notified of said discrepancy review the
auction description. If we feel, in our sole discretion that the item is in fact improperly described we will endeavor to
resolve the issue by replacing the product. If no suitable replacement is available we will issue a merchandise credit that
never expires, and can be used on any future purchase for the amount of the winning bid less any and all applicable shipping
and handling fees. The item must be returned by the purchaser in the same condition that it was advertised, and at their
expense. We will then, upon receipt of the returned item, either replace the product, or issue a merchandise credit. We do
not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Items containing consumables and or software;
Some items we sell may from time to time have software on them. We are not selling any software whatsoever unless it is
clearly advertised in the advertisement and contains the users license and agreement. In the event that you receive an item,
or any other media that contains any software, it is your sole responsibility to either delete, erase, or license said
software. We are in no way giving you any right to use any software whatsoever.
Some items contain batteries so that they may function without their power packs or without being plugged in. These
batteries are considered a consumable that is replaceable by the user. These batteries and any other consumables (ribbons,
toner cartridges, etc.) on any device we sell are not covered under any warranty. Simply put, batteries and the like are not
covered under our warranty even if the advertisement says that the product is guaranteed working. Unless the item
specifically states that the battery is in working order it will not be covered under warranty.
We do not guarantee the ink supply or the toner cartridge even when the item is guaranteed working. These toner and ink
cartridges are considered consumables and must be replaced by the user.
Pictures, what is included and why we use so many;
All auctions where possible contain as many detailed pictures as we have available. These pictures are there to help you
decide condition and quality. We attempt to provide as much graphic information as is humanly possible. Please look at the
picture carefully in determining what may or may not come with the item. If there is an item that you believe should come
with the item being auctioned and it is not visible in a picture it is more than likely that item is not included. In other
words, if the item is not pictured then it is not being sold in the auction. Once again, if there is a question please feel
free to email us prior to placing a bid.
Is the item pictured the actual item?
Pictures are representative of the item. There are times when we have more than one of the item and so the item you may
receive may not be the actual item pictured.
Warranty, guarantee information can be found here;
Unless stated above in the description for the auction all items are sold as is where is with no warranty expressed or
implied. This means that unless the advertisement specifically states that we guarantee the product working then there is
no guarantee from us whatsoever. In order to have a warranty from our company the text Guaranteed Working must appear in
the terms. Many products that we will sell will have a manufacturers warranty and we will attempt to list that in the
advertisement as well.

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, credits or any other offsets. The only exception to this policy is an item that
is guaranteed working. In the event that an item that was guaranteed working arrives non-working that item may be returned
for replacement. The item must be returned by the purchaser in the same condition that it was advertised, and at their
expense. Upon receipt we will replace the item at no charge. In the event that there are no more of that item we will issue
a merchandise credit for the total of the auction. That credit may be used on any item in any future auction and that credit
will not expire. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. This does not include items that are damaged in shipping.
All items that are damaged in shipping must go through the shipping carriers claim procedure. Our warranty, when stated does
not include lost or damaged packages.
Contractual obligations and legal enforcement;
In the event that any disputes should arise out of this contract and legal action becomes necessary venue will be the State

You may return any item purchased within 3 days of receipt for store credit good toward anything else that we sell. Item must be in unopened resalable condition to qualify.
