Account has NEVER been activated.  The box and all contents are in perfect condition.  Artbook has NEVER been opened.  DVD is still sealed.  The two starter decks and three tournament-legal cards are still sealed Everything else is in the condition you get them when you buy the game.  I am the orignal owner of this item.  Enjoy.
