This is the extra parts bag that Stern puts in their new games, this one is from WORLD POKER TOUR. Stern put the little bag & the pricing card into a larger bag and either stapled it inside the cabinet, or put it in the cashbox. I didn't open the little bag inside, it appears to have bulbs & flashers, a pricing card, there's target decals and plastic keychains. Sold AS-IS, I have no idea if this is complete or incomplete, only that the little bag is sealed and never opened.
