This is a monster sized date cancel collection! Here is what I can tell you about it:

• This collection is composed of stamps showing enough cancel to include day month and year, one copy for each date! 
• There are over 28,000 different date cancels here, housed in 10 binders! 
• Each page has one month worth of dates.
• It starts March 8 1850 and runs to October 10 2007 
• The mid to late 1800s are light as are 2003 to 2007
• Generally the stamps are definitives, all are small sized
• The pages are home made. Note that the there are pages right up to date, just no stamps after Oct 2007. There are no pages before 1850 and there are only pages from 1850 to  Feb 1883 when they were needed. 
• In the 70s and 80s there are a lot of GB and Netherlands, this tends to be because they had a lot of cancels in that era that show proper date info.
• You will be able to see where the collector acquired batches of stamps as there will be more of some countries in some date sections
• Not all stamps are common, there are some interesting and better scattered, however most are common
• The collector was focused on the date cancel. The condition of the stamp was secondary. This means that there might be faults with some of the stamps but they were included as long as the date was included. 

Please note that the stamps you see in the pictures ARE what you will receive. These are actual pictures of actual stamps in this lot! I really only took pictures to give an idea what you can expect in this lot!
