ANTIQUE DOLLHOUSE FURNITURE
Wonderful 3-piece set of antique dollhouse furniture consisting of a settee, rocker and arm chair. Dating to the 1900s, set is made of stamped zinc or pewter and pieces fit into a 1" to 1' scale. Probably made by Adrian Cooke or Peter Pia in the United States, set has a fabulous Christmas themed horseshoe pattern of holly leaves and bows - there are even molded tassles hanging from the edges - seats are covered with a taupe velvet with sturdy domed padding over cardboard base. All are stamped "Pat. Aug. 13, '93", which is easiest to read on the settee. The settee measures 4-3/4" wide x 3-5/8" tall x 2-1/2" deep. The chair is 2-1/4" wide x 3-5/8" tall x 2-1/4" deep. The rocker is 2-1/4" wide x 3-3/4" tall x 3-1/4" deep blade tip to tip. Condition is excellent - this is a pliable metal, but there are no breaks, loss or damage - covers are clean without staining or smells. Just a fab old set in wonderful condition - charming and so unusual - nice larger scale. Perfect addition to any antique doll house or collection!
