Pleats at the top and even lined...crisp and clean. It measures 21 at pleated top, 43 wide at bottom and 80 long with no additional hem. This panel was once part of a double wide panel and I took them apart so the one edge needs to be tacked back to the lining and one edge has some minor edge wear that just needs to be hemmed back an inch...barely worth mentioning as these days you can use an iron on hem tape to hem things!!! Otherwise absolutely perfect. A satin faille mixture so it does have a sheen that is very romantic and a subtle Hollywood Glam.
