• Art Flow Designs will confirm auction to the email listed with eBay within 1 business days containing auction total and all other information contained on this auction page.
• All of our Payment Options are listed here, if wish to pay at any time after auction, please do so.
• High bidder must remit payment within 7 business days of auction close.
• Absolutely no Personal or Business Checks.
• Art Flow Designs cannot guarantee availability if payment received 7 days after item close.
• Please no phone calls, lets keep everything to emails using ebay's Email Message System.

 PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

• All payments received will be confirmed a few hours of item win or purchase.
• Payment confirmations will be sent to the payment email used by PayPal or our Secure Form
• We always confirm payments, invoice - if you don't receive one, please let us know.

 SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Items ship either UPS Ground or USPS.
• It is the responbility of the customer to provide both street address and PO Box with payment.
  
• UPS adds surcharges for rural residential areas - shipping to rural residential zip codes may ship USPS.
• UPS Does not ship to PO BOXES or APO Boxes.
• UPS automatically insures packages up to $100.00.      Shipping rate includes insurance.
• Art Flow Designs does not guarantee arrival times and not responsible for Carrier miss-ship or delay in shipping item.

  HAWAII & ALASKA

• Shipping rate is for 48 Continental United States Only - Please email us for a shipping quote to your postal code PRIOR to bidding.

 COMBINING AUCTION ITEMS:

• We love to save you money
• For additional items, we offer a discount depending on the item - please contact us PRIOR to purchasing for information.
  
• Our max for any one customer is 4 - please contact us if you need to purchase more.
  
• Don't assume we can combine shipments into 1 container box - Some of our items may not be compatible with the other package to ship in a container box or strap together.

 DAMAGE/NON-WORKING PARTS

• We've been shipping items across the country for over 10 years but even with our experience, damage does happen.
• Some of our items are delicate and fragile - if damage occurs, just let us know.
• Email us with what is wrong with item and we will replace item.
• All damage and non-working parts claims must be emailed within 24 hours of signature delivery.
• Art Flow does not refund for damaged items - replacement item or parts are shipped.
  

 REFUND POLICY

• Refunds accepted on item product price when customer returns item within 7 days of receipt.
  
• Shipping to and from customer is not refundable.
• 20% restocking fee on the grand total of the item.
  
• Customer must contact us prior to returning.
  
• Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt to Art Flow Designs.

• CHANGE OF ADDRESS:  No address changes after payment is made.  PayPal only insures sellers payments when item is shipped to address in payment.
  
• Our credit card form allows users to enter a seperate address than the billing address.
• PAYPAL does not allow a Ship To fields to be downloaded - YOU MUST enter ship to address in the Comment Section of Payment or else the name will not be correct.
  
• No international SHIP TO addresses.
• Ask questions about SHIP TO ADDRESS or GIFT ADDRESSES prior to bidding - not afterwards.

Due to the large volume of sales on eBay, we have adopted a feedback policy that is beneficial to both parties. Art Fow Designs considers an eBay transaction successful and finished, when the customer posts positive feedback for this item. Art Flow Designs will reciprocate within 1 business day.
