Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 14 calendar days of receipt. For items returned to us in original condition you will receive a full refund minus 15% re-stocking fee and shipping charges.

1 Year Replacement Warranty

Unless otherwise stated in the listing ad, all items that we offer are tested, operational, and protected against DOA (Dead On Arrival). We give 1 Year Replacement warranty for all used and refurbished items. If your item fails within 1 year of original purchase date we will replace the item with an equivalent or better item at no charge.

Returns will only be accepted if assigned with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returns must be accompanied with a completed Return Request Form.

Shipping Problems

Unfortunately we cannot refund you if uninsured purchased items are "Damaged in Transit"

Items are shipped via Fedex or UPS.

International Buyers are responsible for all duties & taxes.

Insurance is calculated based on the value of this product. You are not obligated to purchase insurance but we recommend that you purchase carrier provided insurance to cover your loss in the event the merchandise is lost or damaged during shipment.

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Your delivery time is total of handling and transit time. Please calculate delivery time accordingly.
