Vegetable Oil - Mass Filtration System

Stop pouring your oil in cumbersome filter socks and messy routines that only give you a few gallons for several hours of work and waiting.

With the Mass Filtration System you can de-water and filter your used vegetable oil with minimal effort through the dual filter chambers down to 1 micron (2 filters included) and discharge into the secondary barrel for storage of your clean oil.  Replacement filters can be purchased at any hardware or home improvement store for approx $5.00 each.  Filters at up to 2.5 gallons per minute (you don't want any faster pumping for the filtration process because you don't want to force the oil too fast through the filters).*   *Then use our Fuel Transfer System for fast fuel ups at home! These units allow the user to filter up to several hundred gallons with the dual filter system before changing the included filters, prolonging the life of the filter onboard your vehicle!  Our VW TDI Jetta just hit 10,000 miles before needing to change the onboard filter!  To give you an idea of how clean this is, getting 2,000 miles out of your vehicle’s filter is considered good.  Getting 10,000 miles out of your filter is considered professional grade.  We are exceeding PROFESSIONAL GRADE with this dual-filter system.*

Unlike most other systems, we have developed a unique float system placed inside the barrel which assures the user that ALL oil is ALWAYS drawn from 1/2" from the surface of the oil and stops 6 inches from the bottom, allowing the separation process of debris and water - critical to the cleansing process of your oil and protecting your engine.

FULL instructions are included for proper and effective processing of your oil with this system including the critical de-watering process.

Barrels NOT included.  They’re cheaper to buy locally than to ship!  You must provide your own 55-gallon STEEL barrels which are easily acquired, usually anywhere from $10-20 each from an industrial supply, recycler, or even on craigslist.  Attach this Mass Filtration System and you're ready to go!  No modifications to the barrel - that means no cutting, sealing, our mounting / sealing complicated plumbing.

*The filter unit does not make biodiesel.  It filters the sediment and dirt from the oil, which is a step in making biodiesel.  Ideally, it is for those who burn straight / waste vegetable oil in their vehicle and need it filtered before putting it into their vegetable oil fuel tank.

The Mass Filter System works best with a wrap-around barrel heater at less than 80 degree ambient temperatures (pictured with the unit).  This aids the debris and water settling process.  NOT included - ADD $175.00 to final auction price and we can include one with your shipment!

*Results and filter life vary depending on oil quality, source, and use of non-hydrogenated oil.  Also, less fuel efficient vehicles such as eight cylinder vehicles, etc, require more oil and drive less gross mileage before routine filter changes.
