WW2 Soldier Sent Home This US Zone Germany Map Wallet

A really interesting find, this is a leather wallet embossed on the front in gold with a map of US Zone Germany.

It's still in the cardboard box it was mailed in, from a Lieutenant through APO New York, to someone back home.  There's no postage on the box, so it's possible it went in a larger (sturdier) package, or was carried home and delivered in person after all.

Unused. Leather with a photo area, etc. In pristine vintage condition and a great find.

We insure through a 3rd-party and therefore can insure even first class international packages: items over $50 shipping internationally must be insured. The insurance rate is $2.00 per every $100 of value.

Unless noted otherwise, our items are pre-owned and will have visual and physical cues typical of an item that has been handled and used.
