This was an Al Snow action figured released in 1998 but was promptly recalled because it was said that "head" promoted violence towards women. It has never been removed from the box but I did notice that the bottom of the plastic is pushing away from the cardboard and there is a slight bend in on of the bottom corners.
I'm also including an autograph I received from Al Snow himself in 1999.
