The Legitimate Way – The GENUINE way to grade items - Rated by Fast-N-Convenient.

This here is a scale that I have personally composed to grade strictly the condition of my VHS & DVD sleeves up for sale on eBay.  I feel it is completely necessary to provide nothing but the straightforward truth on the exact condition of my items even if that means I have to lose a few dollars here and there.  I want the eBay community to firmly understand that I offer nothing but top of the line, cream of the crop, professionally described items.  Of course each item cannot exactly match up to the exact standards of each rating below and ratings to some collectors can be subjective in ways, however the ratings that I have come up with are extremely precise and sincere evaluations that I use to grade my private collection.  In case an item does not completely match up with the grade number I will include a “specific notes” bullet where you can find out more about the condition of the item.  It is important to know that I have issued a legitimate honest grade (highlighted in blue) to each of my items on eBay.  All of my VHS & DVD play very well, some Non-Rentals, some Rentals (see auction).   Therefore I did not think it was necessary to create a condition guide for the VHS/DVD quality.   Any damage or bad quality will be mentioned clearly if applicable.  You collectors out there deserve the honest truth when you buy an item and I’m here to proudly give it to you, 100%.

9 – Mint {Tip-top, pristine shape with absolutely no noticeable shelf-wear, blemishes, bends, discoloration or tear.  Serious Collector’s Condition}

8 – Excellent {Very minuscule shelf-wear, no blemishes, no bends, no noticeable discoloration or tear.  Collector’s Condition}

7 – Very Good {Shows negligible shelf-wear, very slight blemishes, very slight bend here and there (if any), no noticeable discoloration or tear.  Average Condition}

6 – Good {Miniscule shelf-wear, shows some blemishes, bends here and there, slight discoloration and minor tear.  Widespread Condition}

5-1 – Fair/Poor {Noticeable shelf-wear, blemishes, bends, discoloration and tear.  Sleeves placed in this category should not be purchased if buyer is counting on sleeve being in decent condition.  Fair/Poor Condition}

Due to the rising rates on USPS Priority Mail Shipping, and rising rates on everything in life, my primary shipping method has changed to USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation for one single item.  First Class mail takes 2-5 days for arrival so I encourage all to be patient with their shipment as it may take the full 5 days to arrive.  If more than one item is purchased and combined shipping is required I will upgrade to Priority Mail (see below for details).

All parcels are shipped out within 24-48 hours after payment has been received.  99% of all shipments are mailed within 48 hours.  The only time shipping may be delayed is if I experience delays due to weather, being unable to get off work by 5:00 PM, the buyer not following payment directions or using an eCheck as a form of payment or some other emergency that may arise.  If you live in the United States then please allow 7 business days for delivery after your item has been shipped.  If you live outside of the United States please allow 14 business days for delivery after your item has been shipped.  Please do not contact me with any inquires about when your item will arrive until this time frame is over.

USPS Priority Mail will be used if item weighs more than 14 ounces.  No VHS or DVD weigh more than 14 ounces other than the large clamshell sleeved tapes or other noted videos.  The rate is $5.95 with Delivery Confirmation.  This will be noted in auction if applicable.

International buyers:
