WWI Campaign Hat with Officer's Hat Cord

This is a WWI US Army Campaign Hat with Officer's Hat Cord.  The campaign hat is olive drab in color, has five rows of stitching around the brim and comes with a leather chinstrap.  There are a few moth nips around the brim edge, one small dark stain along brim edge in front and a few very small light colored stains like something dripped on the brim at those places.  The grosgrain ribbon is present and intact.  The grosgrain "bow" is present with some raveling at one end.  The sweatband is intact and stitching in place although the sweatband is very dry.  The only writing I see inside the hat is a partially hidden size which is 7 and 1/?.  I would guess that it is a 7 1/8.

The officer's hat cord is of the appropriate style for the WWI period.  It is a gold and black cord.  It is in excellent condition except for the keeper where you can see the gold thread is unraveling.
