Shipping, etc.: High bidder pays a flat fee of $7.00 for USPS Priority shipping in the USA (lower 48 states) for this item. Insurance is extra. (see chart below) Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be calculated at USPS Priority Mail. If you live in the lower 48 states please provide a street address for UPS delivery. Shipment to a PO Box via Priority Mail is available if necessary, but is often a little bit more expensive.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: $10.30 for US Postal Service International Priority Mail to any overseas destination; $8.56 to CANADA. Insurance is extra. (see chart below)
Shipping Time: Our eBay sales manager works here part-time. Most of the time packages go out quickly (within a few days of payment being received.) Sometimes, however, it can take a few days or even a week to get your package out the door, especially if it is going out through the Post Office. We will ship as quickly as we possibly can, but if you require same-day or next day shipment: please do not bid.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Money Orders, Personal Checks (US only), andPayPal. Check orders are held for 10 business days following our receipt of funds.
Overseas customers can use their credit card, PayPal, or we also accept Dollars or Euros by registered mail.
We ask successful bidders to remit payment within 10 days of auction end.

EMAIL: If a couple of days pass after the end of the auction and you have not received your invoice (not an ebay invoice - our invoice), please check your spam or junk mail folder. If you can't find it, send us an email and we will copy and paste a copy of your invoice into a reply to your email.
Questions: We are glad to answer any questions you might have to the best of our ability, except for "What Size is it?" on historical uniforms. (We sell uniforms as collectables, not costumes.) Otherwise, for all other questions ask away! We will answer as soon as possible. If we are out of the office or closed for the evening, we will answer as soon as we can after we return.
Guarantee: Three day inspection period. Items may be returned for a refund of the purchase price if you believe them not to be as described. (Shipping charges are not refunded.) The only exceptions are items that you alter - (don't 'clean', 'fix', or otherwise 'improve' an item and then return it) or uniform items returned for reasons of size. We do not guarantee original items to fit you.
