For your consideration today: Original WWII Officer's Shirt. 16x34 This shirt features original "Shold-R-Form" Pin-back Major Clusters, by NS Meyer. and AAC collar brass. Satin lined yolk for comfort, as well as two button sleeves. Lastly this shirt features a "Form Fit" design and and Wool/Dacron fabric. Dacron was a pre-cursor to todays Polyester and YES it was very much used and available in WWII just as was nylon. Measurements are as follows: Neck 16", Chest at underarm 24", Sleeve from shoulder 24" (34" to center of yolk), and 20" at the waist.
The cap is a size 7 1/4 and seems to be completely unissued and includes the matching NS Meyer Major Cluster, and Officer Piping.
