This beautiful WW II vintage silk piano shawl/table scarf measures 32" square without fringes and is in absolutely MINT condition. The center is a vibrant mix of lemon yellow and white threads, forming interlocking floral motifs. The wide border depicting images of peacocks is formed of royal blue threads in one direction and peacock blue threads in the other. These bands are framed by narrower 3/8" stripes of pale aqua---A truly lovely and unusual color combination. The silk fringes are complete and unharmed and measure 8" long--so dimensions with fringes is 48"x48".
