This auction is for the GOLD Goldfish whimsie that was the entrance piece for the 2008 Red Rose Tea Wade show in Windsor, Connecticut.  

Each paying visitor to the 2008 Red Rose Tea Wade Show received this piece with their admission fee.  The piece is a special version of the Goldfish from the Pet Shop Whimsie series.  The piece was commissioned by the Windsor Chamber of Commerce.

Only 500 of these figurines were produced and the entire edition is sold out.  The piece was produced by the Wade Collectors Club located in Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, England.
