Norlake Walk In Cooler with Floor

Plug and Play Totally Self Contained Refrigeration Unit!

This system comes to you ready to mount on top of the walk-in with minimal space required.  There is no cooler coil hanging down inside the walk in, taking up space.  With the unit offered here, the cooler coil is located outside the walk-in, all neatly tucked away inside the refrigeration unit.

Everything inside the refrigeration unit is already pre-piped and charged for you with the appropriate refrigerant (freon). Even the condensate run off is handled on our unit with a condensate disposal system that evaporates the water removed from the unit, so no drain line is needed.  All controls and even the thermostat are built in and pre-wired.  You cannot make this any easier!

All you need to provide is at least 2 foot free air clearance in a conditioned space directly above the refrigeration unit, with free space around the top of the walk-in to provide plenty of breathing room for the compressor to discharge the heat removed.

Our own experience in the Tulsa area is our customers love the pricing, money saved on materials and labor of piping, and the extra room gained inside the walk in cooler.

This is a "Buy Now" item.  E-Mail or call us with you're business name, address, and zip code for a freight rate.  Be sure to let us know if you need a liftgate for unloading this unit off the truck when it arrives at you're location OR if you'll need call ahead service from the freight line.  Both of these services are extra charges from the freight line.

IMPORTANT FREIGHT INFORMATION:
Keep in mind that you, the end user is responsible for inspecting the unit upon arrival for freight damage.  If you find damage, do not sign the freight bill as "received in good condition" you must instead take notation of any damage on the freight bill before signing and accepting the delivery.  If in the rare occasion of freight damage, it is a real good idea to take photos of the condition of the equipment upon arrival from the freight lines.  Any freight claims are between you the customer and the freight carrier.   Unit cannot be returned if damaged by the freight carrier and the buyer is responsible for filing and collecting any freight claims.   Freight pricing is based on one delivery attempt, additional delivery attempts are paid for COD to the freight line by the buyer.
