This is an elegant 12 place settings of the highly sought after highly popular Grande Baroque Sterling Silver Pattern by Wallace Silver Company. The 60 pieces show only the lightest signs of having been used.  The set looks as good as the pictures show, very close to new.  Some polishing and shining would make this set look even better.  

We found this set at an estate auction.  This set includes:

12-8 7/8 inch Knives

12-7 1/2 inch Forks

12-6 5/8 inch Salad Forks

12-6 1/4 inchTeaspoons

12-6 1/8 inch Cream Soup Spoons  

This set has seen only light use. We found only very, very light usage marks.  There are NO monograms.  We found NO loose blades.

 Q: Is this the old Wallace (pre 1986) or the new version?
A: The living estate previous owners are both in a nursing home. Considering their age and other items offered in their sale, this is the older version. If there is a way to confirm, just let me know.
