The purchaser shall have the right to inspect the equipment prior to shipment to verify the accuracy of the information. All equipment is subject to prior sale. It is understood that the purchase of any used equipment is "as is" and "with all faults". All sales are final. There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise, as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Seller does not warrant that equipment conforms with any plans or specifications of purchaser or meets with requirements of federal, state, or local laws, regulations, or ordinances. Purchaser agrees to defend and hold harmless seller from all claims arising from the ownership or use by the purchaser, purchaser's agent, employees or independent contractors of the equipment purchased.
