Waltham Vanguard 23 Jewels Up/Down Wind Indicator PW

Waltham Vanguard, 23 Jewels, Railroad Pocket Watch with Up/Down wind indicator.  The dial is stained and dirty.  The paint is chipped off between the numbers 10 and 1.  The crystal has hairline scratches.  The 14kt gold filled case has hairline scratches and does not have any large scratches scrapes or dents.  The case has a small amount of brassing around the stem of the bow and crown.  The wind indicator is working.  The watch is running but we do not guarantee accuracy as it may need servicing and cleaning.

Case Back inside is marked: Nawco King 14kt Gold Filled, #509408

Movement is marked: Vanguard Waltham, Mass., 23 Jewels, Adjusted to 6 Positions,
